Founded in 2007, Black River Services is a privately owned Dripping Springs/Hays County based business whose mission is to provide affordable wastewater solutions to homeowners and businesses by resolving regulatory and environmental challenges in a prompt professional manner.

We are a full service OSSF design and installation firm. In addition to preparing detailed OSSF plans and required documentation in accordance with state and local permitting authority regulations, our service includes OSSF plan submission and shepherding the submission through the regulatory process. Our passion is customer service. Black River Services has three Registered Sanitarians on staff, along with licensed site evaluators and OSSF installers. Time is often of the essence in construction, having employees who hold design and installation licenses allows us to provide turnkey septic service, adapt to site conditions and regulatory challenges and move forward quickly.

In addition to new construction residential and commercial OSSF projects we specialize in replacing failing systems and when the regulations allow modifying existing OSSF systems including lid replacements, spray head relocations, spray to drip field conversions and tie ins. We also perform hardscaping, site demolition and general site preparation/excavation services.
