Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring timely service, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering positive guest relations. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a vibrant atmosphere, such as a nightclub or fine dining setting, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or other ordering systems.
• Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and hygiene standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, including processing payments and managing tips.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance guest services.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with Google Reservations, OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Evening and weekends as required by the business.
