Nautilus Lending, is backed by Barton Creek Lending Group, as our “clearing house”, with Brandon Sparks being a part owner of that entity as well.

Our facility includes both broker based and self-sourced funding mediums of capital allocated to real estate transactions. This covers all traditional conventional lending, government backed and insured loans, jumbo and high balance, and creative portfolio based loans, commercial lending, construction, lot, farm/ranch, bridge loans, and both horizontal and vertical development lending.

We allocate funds for purchases homes, as well as construction lending, refinance, and equity lending requests.  We support primary home, secondary and vacation homes, and investment properties.

Our creative lending capacity expands to virtually every possible type of real estate collateral from the traditional single family home need, into other categories where lenders often say “no” including all types of non-warrantable condos, barndominiums, tiny homes, log cabins, and even outside real estate with yachts, and personal airplanes.

Brandon Sparks has been a resident of the Dripping Springs area for 10 years, after spending 15 years prior in the Austin Area.  His paternal roots extend back 6 generations in Austin proper with many of the ancestors being born in the late 1800’s travelling West and settling here.

When not working, Brandon, enjoys spending time with his 11 year old daughter, staying healthy and fit, and travelling.  

Taking the scenic and serene drive down River Road to Old Glory Ranch, just outside of Wimberley, located between Austin and San Antonio, suggests something magical lies ahead as stress and everyday worries begin to melt away. Entrance to the expansive 2,200-acre ranch is gained through the custom-made wrought iron gate that swings open to expose Chapel Hall, the embodiment of an old country church whose threshold has seen hundreds of newlyweds cross for the first steps of their journey as a married couple.
